Aldo is one of my hidden gems in the mall. They are obviously known for their amazing shoe designs, but they are also one of my favorite places to purchase accessories. Surprisingly, Aldo sells great quality accessories at reasonable prices. I find it hard sometimes to find decent quality necklaces, rings, or earrings without going over budget.

Rachel Roy x Desert

The weekend is finally here and I have a lot of things to do. I just finished with my closet clean out and now trying to decide if I should have a garage sale or go to Ebay. If I decide to put things on Ebay, I will share a link with you guys. Anyway, I am also trying to share more looks that I create throughout the week, rather than once a week. Remember I am still trying to figure this blog out, while trying to share with you guys.

Please be patient with me while I make small changes to the layout. Other than that, here is a beautiful dress I found on sale at Macy's by Rachel Roy. Rachel Roy has stepped her game up in the fashion community as of late, offering cute prints and colors, at affordable prices. This dress was on sale for $50, the retail price was at $89, which is still a great price. The fabric is light and very soft, a go to summer day dress.

Summer Blocking

As the summer is ending for most, it is still just beginning for me. Arizona temperatures are coming down from 114 to a cool 105, yes cool. I am getting anxious for fall weather, but I couldn't end the summer without rocking one of my favorite summer essentials...bright colors.

Alejandra G Heels - Look #3

I know some time has past since I posted my third look in my Alejandra G. heels, but I recently wore them with a dress that I pulled from the back of my closet. I have only worn this dress once for my birthday last year on a quick shopping trip. I purchased the dress at H&M for a cool $30 bucks. The dress has faux leather panels on the sides and a tweed like fabric on the front and back. 

Altuzarra for Target - My favorite Picks

Target is doing, yet again, another collaboration with a high end designer. They have collaborated with many designers in the past, from Versace to Peter Pilotto. This time around they are collaborating with the designer Altuzarra. Target just released the full look book of the collection, which will be available online and in a select stores on September 14th.

Hot or Not - Moschino Red Bikers Purse

Today I am lusting over a marvelous creation by Moschino. A red purse shaped to look like a bikers jacket. How creative! I usually raise my eyebrows over Moschino's creations, but this is definitely my favorite. The purse is at steep price of $1,995, but it can sit in our wish list. 

I am sure someone is trying to create another version as we drool, but for now lets just enjoy this wonderful piece of art.

Over the weekend I went shopping and found a massive sale at Macy's. Their clearance rack always stores wonderful gems. I ran across this Rachel Roy jumper that was only $40. I loved how it is so versatile.

Shoe Porn - Splurge or Steal

I ran across a pair of Balmain metallic snake skin pumps and they reminded me a lot of a pair of Ivanka Trump pumps that I recently purchased. 

I shared my casual look on Instagram of me wearing the Ivanka Trumps. I love them and they look even better in person.

D.I.Y. - Black and White Stripe Clutch

I finally get to share with you guys my second D.I.Y. project with you fashionistas. Black and white stripes is a classic print being used more and more on the runways. Although you can find a decent black and white stripe clutch in stores, I thought it would be fun to try to make one of my own.

I am the type of person who has the best ideas in my mind, but when I try to paint, draw, or glue them together, they don't always come out the best. This project was actually very easy and I am pretty pleased with the results.

How to Prounounce Designer Names 101

Hi there! Last night I had a meet and greet opportunity with the beautiful Ambrosia Malbrough, who is known for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle videos on YouTube. She also sales delicate jewelry and candles. If you do not know her, go to her YouTube channel to get to know her and her brand.

During the meeting we had a funny moment discussing brands and a few of us was not sure how to pronounce some designers. Everyone may pronounce designer names differently, especially ones with accents. 

With Fashion week around the corner, I wanted to educate us all on how to pronounce popular designers.  I also uploaded a video from the i-D YouTube channel so we can also hear a few of the pronunciations
